I work into sessions effective methods to assist with self-understanding and encouraging you to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards situations in life that may be triggering stress, guilt, or even shame (i.e., work, relationships, social settings).
I believe in solution-focused strategies for those who would like short-term fixes:
If it does not work, do something different. If it works, do more of it.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy interventions for long-term and short-term clients. The process is up to you.

The belief is that making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results. I will provide you with tools to be able to do just that!
